“Must-attend event for recruiters and students”

Quotes of participants on the EXPO REAL CareerDay 2016

This year again, the third EXPO REAL day was traditionally dedicated CareerDay to mingle “old hands” of the property sector with aspiring newcomers. Students, graduates as well as those already professionally experienced used the 22 Career Corners to obtain information on property companies present on the market and establish valuable contacts. Alongside, the conference program offered four discussion panels on career topics such as “Job Profiles in the Real Estate Industry” or “Recruiting”.

Hereinafter a couple of views on behalf of the students and exhibitors:

“To us, EXPO REAL is the most important property trade fair. It is therefore mandatory to us to be present at the CareerDay to remain competitive. Last year we experienced a positively high return in applications.”

“Having visited EXPO REAL with our university last year, we’re this year looking for an internship following our graduation and have already succeeded in establishing new contacts. For the future we’d hope to find even more companies representing themselves on CareerDay – maybe even smaller ones or those less known.”

“I’m here to present IREBS Core, a student initiative of the International Real Estate Business School of the University of Regensburg, to the companies. All recruiters are very helpful and provide us, the students, with helpful tips concerning career and applications.”

Maximilian Kretzschmar, Student at University of Regensburg
