„EXPO REAL obviously offers one of the best platforms for positioning ourselves.“

What benefits do you expect from your participation in EXPO REAL 2018?

Although PlanRadar, which now has more than 2,000 customers from 29 countries, cannot really be regarded as a start-up any more, enhancing our visibility and making our potential customers aware of us is still very important to us. Many companies still have not heard about our innovative solutions for building documentation and task and defect management, so EXPO REAL obviously offers one of the best platforms for positioning ourselves.

What is your tech company’s USP?

Our strongest USP is our easiness: A new user can create a project in less than 10 minutes and start operational work. Ongoing use is also dead easy. Apart from that we offer maintenance, support and training completely free of charge. Many other providers cannot compete with that because of their complex systems.

What added value can PlanRadar generate for the real estate industry?

In a large-scale survey our users reported that using PlanRadar saves them an average of 7 working hours per week, which is nearly 18% of their working time. This alone gives companies an ROI of more than 900%.
Apart from that our solution can help avoid consequential errors. In particular, it means that companies’ claims for faults and warranty, which amount to billions every year just in the DACH region, are properly documented and can, therefore, be asserted more successfully and more consistently.

„EXPO REAL is the perfect forum for discussions about the benefit of technologies in the total value chain of buildings.“

What benefits do you expect from your participation in EXPO REAL 2018?

EXPO REAL is the perfect forum for discussions about the benefit of technologies in the total value chain of buildings. For us as a tech company originally coming from a different sector, it is essential to meet decision-makers from the real estate business and achieve added value together.

What is your tech company’s USP?

We developed a sensor solution allowing the collection of infinitely scalable data of any assets. The smallest wireless sensors in the world have a battery life of 15 years, use end-to-end encryption to communicate, and the data can be seamlessly integrated into existing IT infrastructures. The solution allows simple installation, requires zero maintenance and is practically infinitely scalable. It's robust and cost-efficient.

What added value can Disruptive Technologies generate for the real estate industry?

The sensor solution is applied in predictive maintenance to monitor critical assets, such as control cabinets, fuses, server rooms and supply lines. Apart from that, the sensors are used to analyze a building’s use and occupancy as well as in facilities management, in order to be able to offer customized services and increase operational efficiency. Granular sensor data analyses also allow feedback measurement and optimized air conditioning.

„Transparent information is our key to the customer’s success.“

What benefits do you expect from your participation in EXPO REAL 2018?

Direct contact and exchanging ideas with customers in order to be able to meet their individual requirements and further develop our product accordingly.

What is your tech company’s USP?

Transparent information is our key to the customer’s success. Our company has more than 500 man years of elevator and real estate know-how.

What added value can Lift Technology generate for the real estate industry?

As part of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT and AI) we enable data to be converted into value-adding information. Exclusively via sensors we generate transparency regarding the condition, security, safety and current & future maintenance needs and repair of elevators. And we do so without interfering with the manufacturer-specific (hardware) components. This makes us independent of the manufacturer and the components installed. As a result we can improve system availability with a view to financial aspects.

„Our solution centers on people – people whose everyday lives in their building are supported by an app, a platform, sensors, actuators and innovative access technology.“

What benefits do you expect from your participation in EXPO REAL 2018?

After a very satisfactory show at last year’s trade fair we look forward to meeting valuable contacts again and to extending our network. This applies not only to customers, but also to partners in the proptech sector, with whom we want to build an ecosystem.

What is your tech company’s USP?

Accommodating complex technologies, software and hardware in one user interface for the user and one for the operator – while at the same time fulfilling the highest standards for user experience and security standards.

What added value can Sensorberg generate for the real estate industry?

Our solution centers on people – people whose everyday lives in their building are supported by an app, a platform, sensors, actuators and innovative access technology. The users receive a kind of remote control (smartphone app). This allows them, for example, to open doors, book rooms, pay or control the lighting all with a single device/app. At the same time, operators benefit from optimized room utilization as well as saving time and money in operations such as key handling, visitor management and controlling cleaning services.
